Lutsenko O. Functional variety of pre-word compound sentences in art texts

Based on modern Ukrainian prose literature materials semantic types features of pre-words sentences are analysed displaying linguistic opinion evolution on pre-words compound sentences and their status in syntactical system, features of pre-words compound sentences structure in literature is considered; conjunction specific characters, conjunction and correlative words, reference words semantics are revealed; quantitative attributes of semantic pre-words compound sentence classes are defined, semantic pre-words compound sentences are characterized as markers of author's style. For the first time the complex analysis of pre-word compound sentences is accomplished in Ukrainian linguistics, features of their structure are defined, semantic types are described with establishment of text-forming potential of this type of sentences.
