Object - patients with the complicated chronic pancreatitis; methods – clinical, clinical-laboratory, biochemical, immunological, statistical; novelty – the systematized complex comparative inspections of features of miniinvasive treatment of patients are first presented with the complicated forms of CP; efficiency of removal of pain syndrome is first well-proven in a direct and remote postoperational period for patients after EPST and litoextraction from general and pancreatitis channels, and also at trancegastrical laparotomic methods of catchment of cysts; it is first rotined that in the conditions of littleinvasion endo- and laparotomic treatment for patients with CP the favourable dynamics of proteolytic and antiproteolytic activity of plasma of blood, thioldisulphide antioxidative system, and also humoral and cellular indexes of immunological reactivity is marked; the remote results of miniinvasive treatment are investigational, dependence of result of treating for character of miniinvasive interference is represented; the new method of implementation of pancreaticojejunostomosis is offered at PDR, minimizing the risk of development of his impossibility; results – the results of holiatry of separate forms of CP are improved by the use of miniinvasive surgical methods; branch – medicine.
