Thesis is dedicated by law-organizing principles of police activity in Sweden. The concepts and maintenance of category "organizing police activity" are determined. It is reflected normatively legal base of police activity in Sweden. Main criteria of generations and prospects of police development in Sweden are formed. The organized mechanisms, policy and tactics of police activity are established, specifically, law- organizing peculiarities of police management are elucidated. Skilled providing of police activities in Sweden and in Ukraine is examined. General characteristic of police activities in Sweden and in Ukraine are analyzed.
