The dissertation is devoted to the research of the issues of the legal adjusting of the cessation of legal entities with succession. The general theoretic problems of the cessation of legal entities with succession are considered, in particular the general description of the cessation of legal entities with succession is fulfilled and its legal results are elucidated. The conceptions of "cessation of legal entities with succession" and of "reorganization of legal entities" have been analyzed, and their differentiation have been made. The legal nature of fusion, attachment, division and transformation as the ways of the cessation of legal entities is researched. The analysis of the legal adjusting of the forced cessation of legal entities with succession has been made. The order of the cessation of legal entities with succession according to the court decision is considered. Special attention has been paid to the research of the decisions of the authorized state bodies as the reasons for the forced cessation of legal entities with succession.
