Ledin D. Reproductive function rehabilitation in women after hysteroscopic myoma resection.

Clinical features and risk factors for development of submucous myoma in reproductive age women were studied. Features and peculiarities of hysteroscopic reconstructive surgical interventions in reproductive age women with submucous myoma were. In this study, we measured the influence of hysteroscopic resection of submucous myoma on appearance of reproductive system pathology. We established the interrelation of clinical, sonographical, doppler and morphology changes in women before and after hysteroscopic myoma resection in reproductive age. Investigated and scientifically proved algorithm of clinical management for patients of reproductive age with submucous myoma, based on optimisation of surgical technique and improvement of rehabilitation, which allowed to improve the surgical outcomes and lower reproductive problems in nearest and remote period.
