Zhigalkin I. Institutions as legal persons

Thesis is devoted to the developing of fundamental aspects of institutions as legal persons. The definition of an institution as a type of business entity of the non-profit legal person, its constitutive and special features are investigated, the process of establishment, functioning and discontinuance is analyzed, comparative description of different types of institutions is given, the scope of civil capacity is outlined, the property status and institution regulatory authorities functioning is analyzed. On the basis of the normative material colligation, the analysis of scientific literature and materials of judicial practice the conclusions are made and recommendations concerning subsequent improvement of the legal status of institutions as legal persons are formulated.
