On the basis of studying changes of fatty acids structure of triglycerides and lipoproteins of low and high density, parameters of daily monitoring of an electrocardiogram at patients with unstable angina establishes interrelation of parameters of an ischemia, ectopic activity and structural components of fatty acids spectrum of lipids. Correlation communications between dynamics of changes of separate fatty acids as structural components of lipids of a blood plasma and parameters of daily monitoring of an electrocardiogram are taped. The expediency of early prescription at patients with unstable angina of preparations of statins group is shown.
