Dissertation is devoted to the research of essence and content of medical process, analysis of basic conceptions of medicine sociology, study of social mechanism of patients stratification and consideration of Ukrainian medicine, in the context of world tendencies of nowadays. Social pre-conditions and mechanisms of modern forms of people inequality appear in their possibilities of maintainance and health support.
