In dissertation the complex approach is carried out to the study of technological aspects of electoral processes in the transitional systems. Certainly structure, character and maintenance of electoral process technologies, in have been determined particular. Methodological approaches of research of electoral technologies are offered in relation to the criterion of structuralness / to destructive. It was grounded, that technologies which are used during an electoral process in the transitional systems will be realized in the conditions of deficit of the legal providing, majority of them does not answer the criterion of structuralness, while the basic setting of technologies in the electoral process is realization of optimization of co-operation of political institutes and society. It is specified, that the main part of election committee object will be realized the way of it participation an electoral process.
