Research object - patients with chronic ischemic heart disease, diabetes mellitus type 2 with or chronic renal disease; purpose - improve the prognostic decision-making in ischemic heart disease patients using stress-echocardiography with transesophageal atrial pacing; methods - clinical, instrumental, statistical; novelty - for the fist time Tissue Doppler imaging and M-mode colors Doppler as a component of stress echocardiography protocol was ussed in assessment of regional systolic and diastolic function of left ventricular. High levels of sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of stress-echocardiography with transesophageal atrial pacing in the determinantion of long-term prognosis in chronic ischemic heart disease patients in total, with diabetes mellitus or chronic renal disease were demonstrated; it was introduced in work of the "Institute of emergency and reconstructive surgery named after V.K.Gusak" (Donetsk), central city clinical hospital № 1 (Donetsk), city hospital Ukrainck and Slavyansk; field of use - tretment and diagnostic processes of therapeuric and cardiology departments, pedagogical process of therapeutic chair of medical educational establishments.
