Aleksandrov V. Military service as a spesific kind of stete service in Ukraine

The Thesis centers on theoretikal and applied aspects of military servise as a specific kind of stete service, its nature, substance, character. On the grounds of the analysis of the nature, substance, character aim, peculiarities and distinctions of military servise from other forms of stete service, its referensce to a specific kind of stete service is proved. The main struktural elements of a legal status of a serviceman as a citizen and the subject of militari service relations: rights; duties; legal limitations; guaranties and priveleges as well as main directions of their realization, peculiarities of the mechanism of bringing a serviceman to a disciplinary and administrative responsibility have been analized. The state of legal regulation of above mentioned issues is faxed. The main directions of development and improvement of legislation regulating militari service relations as well as certain propos ions and recommendations were highlighted and formulated.
