Object – technical process of drying superior quality of sunflower.Idea - an increase of efficiency production of seed of sunflower of superior quality by way of basis technical conditions of drying and development of equipment for their control. Technology - ground of the modes of drying of seed of sunflower of higher reproductions was based on the laws of thermodynamics of irreversible processes with the use of differential levels of transfer of mass and energy and also hydrodynamic methods of calculation of leakage of air-vapor mixture in the crack systems. Originality – are set up characteristic curve of thermophysical and thermodynamical characteristic of chemical composition and morphological distinctive features of shell and kernel of seed of sunflower; proposed a new model of process of heat and mass transfer, which broadcast formulation about warmth and moisture: evaporation takes place simultaneously from a shell and kernel. Evaporation of moisture from a kernel takes place in the auriferous cavity of seed. Aquatic steam outflows from the simultaneously cavity of seed through a channel in a fruit shell in washing seed agent of drying; developed a mathematics model of seed drying of sunflower, which takes into account sharply distinctive thermodynamics and thermophysicals features of shell and kernel of seed and thermodynamic changes of characteristic agent of drying at passing through the layer of seed and condensation of moisture; the algorithm of numeral decision of mathematical model of process is developed warmly and mass transforming during drying of seed of sunflower in an immobile layer which allows to get conformities to law of influencing of the technological modes on efficiency effect process of drying. Summation - it is developed and inculcated in the experimental economy of "Snyachne" an institute of oil-bearing cultures in Zaporizia technology and equipment for drying of seed of sunflower of higher reproductions. Developed and inculcated container dryer with the automatic connecting of container to the collector of dryer and by the certain rational modes of drying.
