Demchenko V. Analytical researches in a number of antifungal medical products of derivatives azoles and naphthylmethylenamine

Object - medicinal substances with antifungal action derivatives of azoles and naphthylmethylenamine; aim - a scientific substantiation and to working out of sensitive, easy-to-use spectrophotometric and chromatographic methods of quantitative determination of medical products with antifungal action azoles and naphthylmethylenamine derivatives including on the basis of their reactions with alizarins and aluminon; methods - spectrophotometry, high performance liquid chromatography; results - it is developed 18 new, sensitive, application simple spectrophotometric and chromatographic techniques of quantitative definition at the 5 medicinal substances in medicinal forms of industrial production; the assortment of analytical reagents for a quantitative spectrophotometric analysis is expanded; techniques are implanted in practice of work of laboratories of the State on quality assurance of medical products inspections at the Zaporozhye, Kirovograd, Dnepropetrovsk, Nikolaev, Chernigov areas and Kiev; results of researches have found applicationin educational teaching process at the pharmaceutical chemistry course at National University of Pharmacy (Kharkov), Zaporozhye State Medical University, Odessa State Medical University, O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University, I.Ya. Horbachevsky Ternopil State Medical University; "The Way of quantitative definition ketoconazole in suppositories" is included in the branch register of the Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine innovations (2008) (register №307/29/08); area - pharmacy.
