Krivoshey O. Synthesis, physico-chemical and biological properties of (6-R-3-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2Н-[1,2,4]triazino[4,3-с]quinazolin-4-yl)acetic acid derivatives

Objects – the reaction of heterocyclisation in (3-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2Н-[1,2,4]triazino[4,3-с]quinazolin-4-yl)acetic acids’ synthesis, the reactions of nucleophilic substitution, condensation, neutralization; aim – to investigate the heterocyclisation reaction of (3Н-quinazolin-4-yliden)hydrazine substituted with maleic anhydride, to synthesize and make functionalisation of unknown(3-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2Н-[1,2,4]triazino[4,3-с]quinazolin-4-yl)acetic acids and to learn physico-chemical and biological properties of synthesized substances; methods – synthesis, IR-, NMR- spectroscopies, chromatomass-, mass-spectrometries, derivatography, X-ray analysis, pharmacological screening in vitro and in vivo; novelty – 80 compounds were synthesized, and 71 from them - at first. There are compounds with antioxidant, cerebroprotective, antihypoxic, antiamnestic, anticarcinogenic activities. Also certain intercommunication between chemical structure and pharmacological action was found; results – are introduced into the scientific and educational process of 6 high educational institutions such as organic chemistry department of National Pharmaceutical University; pharmaceutical, organic and bioorganic chemistry department of Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University; biotechnology laboratory of physiological active compounds of Zaporozhye National University; area - pharmacy.
