Kutepova K. Local prophylaxis of pyoinflammatory complications after allotransplantation of the infected defects of aponeurosis in patients with abdominal cicatricial hernia

In this Thesis the results of treatment of 80 patients with postoperative ventral hernia in the initially infected tissues has been quoted and analyzed. It is determined that local treatment of the infected postoperative wound with the combined medicine "Dioxysol" smothers a tissue infection with polypropylene implant engraftment in a relatively short time. The developed technology of allohernioplasty in the initially infected tissues has been considered; way of prophylaxis of postoperative suppurative, which essentially improves the results of treatment, has been offered. Implementation in practice of the developed diagnostic program as well as of the method of local protection of an implant in the initially infected tissues resulted in improvement of allohernioplasty results due to successful prophylaxis of postoperative syndrome of abdominal compression and decrease in the quantity pyoinflammatory complications: early - from 45 to 7,21%; late - from 22,7 to 4,2%.
