The dissertation is dedicated the point of improvement normative - lawful and geodesic ensuring performing the cadastre of water fund's lands. In the process accomplished researches of water fund's lards for natural and artificial ponds, the component structure of water fund's lands is completed especially by littoral protective zones. The analysis of normative - lawful regulation in using and protection the lands that was conducted, permitted to determine the ways in improvement the normative -legislative basis as to regulation the lands' terms of water fund's lands. For reliable depiction the condition of different plots of land, the universal lands' classifier by their categories, forms of possession, servitude and purpose-oriented purpose was established. On the basis of made researches, the scientific substantiated precision in conducting the geodesic works for water fund's lands was established. For the first time, the mathematical formulas, which were received, help to determine the accuracy of designation coordinates boundaries signs water fund's lands. On the basis of analysis available researches and also on normative materials the algorithm was offered by us, which permits on the scientific substantiated level determine the breadth of littoral protective ponds' zone in dependence of kinds of vegetations, grain metric structure of the ground, an exposition of descents and the species agro cultivation of the ground.
