Sichko A. The regional aspects of rational agrarian land-tenure (on the example of the Mykolaiv region)

In dissertation work it is grounded essence and maintenance of rational agrarian land-tenure of region, explored theoretical and methodical propositions of his development. By the author scientifically grounded mechanisms of management the landed resources, priority among which gets organization of the use of land, state landed cadastre, control after the use of soils, landed monitoring, economic adjusting of rational land-tenure. Scientific principles of rational land-tenure, directed on saving and recreation of fertility, are formulated soils and stabilizing of agrarian landscape, that is the inalienable attribute of development of competitive regional economy. Scientifically methodical positions of certification of lands of lots as basic are developed method of the use of lands, which allows bringing to conformity with the technological parameters of land which responds to the condition, when on in relation to worse soils the receipt of income is provided at level and more than on soils the best after fertility. The method of landscape approach is improved to organization of territory of agrarian landscape, which provides self-supporting balance of humus in the soils for major task of economic policy a region.
