The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical and experimental research of physics of forming of intensive electron beams in O-type microwave devices. Using methods: charge-density, Everhart algorithm and experimental method of diagnostic of transitional radiation. Obtained results: the mathematical model of self-consistent system of Poisson and path equations for simulation of intensive electron beam. Shown correlation of results of numeral design and experiment. Application field: computation of intensive electron sources for the microwave technique.
