Essay

Thesis work is devoted to increase effective treatment of allergic dermatoses (AD) among in fe-male workers of clothing manufacture taking into consideration microcirculation (MC) disturbance. For the first time it has been learnt the peculiarities of upper limbs MC, the level of intercellular adhesion molecule ICAM-1. It has been scientifically proved the usage of vascular remedies in multiple treatment of AD. Under the change of microvescular tonus it has been proved to use pentoxifylline (Trental) and Corargin (L-arginine, inosine) to correct disturbances of endothelial function. The usage of worked out treatment methodology have helped to reduce treatment duration of patients with AD in 1,4 times and to prolong remission period for 2 months.
