Skrypko V. Clinic-morfogistochemical determination of viability of extremity in a state of critical ischemia at the syndrome of diabetic foot.

The objects – patients with the ischemia-gangrenous form of SDF; the aims ? to improve the quality of treatment the patients with the ischemia-gangrenous form at the syndrome of diabetic foot, by working tactic of surgical treatment on the basis of study of clinic-morphohistochemical descriptions of extremity muscles with ischemia and influence of ischemia on the patient's general state of health; methods - clinical, laboratory, instrumental; novelty - the morpho-histochemical criteria of viability of muscles of foot, shin and thigh, are first studied for patients with the gangrenous-ischemic form of SDS; results – worked out the algorithm of the diagnostic and operative tactic of treatment patients with the ischemia-gangrenous form of SDF; introduced in the clinical practice; industry – surgery.
