The Object of exploration is patients with chronical venous insufficiency with varicose veins of lower limbs; the aims – to facilitate the curation of the patients with chronical venous insufficiency; the methods are general clinical examination, laboratorial, instrumental, and statistical methods; the new approach lies in the videoscopical method for the elimination of horizontal reflux prooved that is more effective in comparison with traditional methods; results – minimalization of postoperational complications, faster recuperation; applied in the vascular surgery department of Andriy Novak Transcarpathian regional clinical hospital; the field is surgery.
