The dissertation includes further theoretical development with suggestions of practical embodiment of the organization of Ukrainian journal about publishing business. Offered approach is based on the research of the development and construction of Russian, Polish and British analogues. The dissertation consists of analysis of structure of Ukrainian media, the conception of the offered journal, it's organization and inculcation, made to improve the development of publishing business and prove giant historical, sociological and theoretical meaning of publishing periodicals.
