Essay

Scientific work presents, formulates and grounds the new scientific statements and conclusions, which are very important for practical medicine. They allowed to widen the data about pathogenesis and the course of placental insufficiency in women of the ‘high-risk’ group. Scientifically grounded and offered, the new approach to the treatment and prophylaxis of perinatal complications, related to the influence of ureaplasmic-viral (herpetic) infection, allowed essentially decrease the rate of placental insufficiency development, intra-amnial infection and intrauterine growth retardation against a background of immune and hormonal homeostasis restoration of the pregnant women organism. The result of such alterations is the decrease of complications rate during delivery, puerperal and neonatal period.
