Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the studing of peculiarities of the cholinergic processes in the heart animals of different under the action of a cardiotoxic adrenaline’s dose at activation and blockage of opioid receptors. It was shown that activation of opioid receptors leads to increase the cholinergic reactions of heart, diminishes the percent age of the animals’ mortality and percent age of necrotized cardiomyocytes at the action of adrenaline. Blockage of opioid receptors limits cholinergic reactions of heart in rats. It was found out that opioid receptors modulators effects at adrenaline cardionecrozogenic influence were more evitent at the female-rats. Thus, there are gender differences of these reactions.
