Hodaryeva I. Lexico-semantic and associative field love in the writings of Pavlo Zahrebelniy.

The object is the lexico-semantic and associative field love in the language of P.Zagrebelniy’s works; the aim of the works is to model the lexico-semantic and associative field love in the language of P.Zagrebelniy’s works. The following methods were used: descriptive, etymological; quantitative, seme and componential analysis and distributive analysis; the novelty is realized through the system analysis of units belonging to the lexico-semantic and associative field love in the language of P.Zagrebelniy’s works; the results are as follows: the borders of a lexico-semantic and associative field love in the language of P.Zagrebelniy’s works were defined; the main lexico-semantic groups of the field love were singled out in this field based on categorical and grammatical function of the constituents; a system of lexico-semantic variants of a word love was structured of every lexico-semantic variant was indicated; paradigmatic and syntagmatic relations between the units of the lexico-semantic and associative field love were described; the appearance of the general semantic changes (associative shifts) in the structure of the meaning of constituents of the lexico-semantic and associative field love was traced; a system of associative connections among units inside of the field as well as with the elements of the adjacent fields was described; a complex analysis of the character-making means of artistic language of the writer was performed (epithet constructions, metaphorical complexes, comparative constructions); the research areas are as follows: lexicology, linguistic stylistics.
