Object — Gallicisms used for formation of Ukrainian terms of Agriculture; objective — to determine peculiarities of terms of French origin in scientific and economic spheres on the basis of investigation of processes results of Gallicisms assimilation in the Ukrainian agricultural terminology; methods - analytical and descriptive, quantative; definition analysis, component analysis; novelty - it is a complex systematic Gallicisms analysis of Ukrainian agricultural terminology, application of factual material the greater deal of which was not in the focus of special investigation; results - distinguishing features of French lexical borrowings assimilation in terminology system of the Ukrainian language on the phonetic and graphic, morphological and semantic levels are determined; peculiarities of structural and word formation of terms-Gallicisms in modern branch of agriculture are defined; complex and structural analysis of non-one-word terms of Agriculture which contain Gallicisms is presented; sphere - lexicology, terminology.
