For the first time it is taped, that at patients MS hemodynamic disturbances in the form of a vasomotor spasm, hyperperfusions of carotid pool, a venous overload which are more expressed at patients with a pathology extra- and intracerebral vessels develop. It is proved, that at the patients having a pathology of vessels on 41% is more often develops polysymptoms a debut of disease, and gravity of disease on 20,6% above, than at patients not having the given pathology; results - For the first time it is shown, that patients with dysplasias extra- and intracerebral vessels on 12% have primary-progressing and on 15% a secondary-progressing current of disease is more often. For the first time it is shown, that at patients having a pathology extra- and intracerebral vessels most often the centers of a demyelinization are localized in the departments of a brain receiving blood supply from system of an internal carotid that corresponds to results ultrasonic triplex scanning which have taped the most significant hemodynamic disturbances in carotid pool. Clinical efficiency of treatment of patients MS pentoxifylline is proved; it is inculcated - in medical practice, in an educational process; sphere - medical practice.
