Object: process of forming and increase of competitiveness of dairy enterprises. Aim: methodological ground and development organizationally economic bases of increase of competitiveness of dairy enterprises. Methods: sociological, comparison, economical-mathematical design, statistical, correlation regressive analysis, expert estimations. Results: Grounded organizationally are economic bases of increase of competitiveness of dairy enterprises, which are based on strengthening of value of innovative activity, realization of control system by quality and unconcern of products, on dairy enterprises. New ness: grounded method of estimation of competitiveness of products, the methodical going is improved near determination of influencing of innovative activity of dairy enterprises on their competitiveness, suggestions are grounded in relation to perfection of mechanism of forming of competitiveness of enterprise.
