The research object. Agency of cryopreservation with low, high and ultra-high cooling-heating rates on preservation of immature murine and bovine oocytes. The research aim. A comparative analysis of murine and bovine oocyte cryopreservation methods with low, high and ultra-high cooling-heating rates with the subsequent optimisation and development of a mean cryopreservation oocytes. Research metods. Methods cryopreservation, a surgical method of obtaining of immature murine, a light microscopy, a method of cultivation decryopreservation oocytes in conditions in vitro in a culture medium, Standard statistical methods. For the first time the assessment of efficiency of methods and stages cryopreservation of immature murine and bovine oocytes in a broad band of cooling rates of heating is lead at use of relative parameters of preservation. The effect of cryopreservation constituent stages on preservation rate of immature murine and bovine oocytes with further optimization of the stages is studied. A method of freezing immature murine and bovine oocytes based on applying an ultra-high cooling-heating rate and vitrified cryoprotective medium consisting of ethylene glycol and sucrose is proposed.
