Orel Y. Regulator influence of territorial authorities on development of entrepreneurial activity

Object of research: state regulating of development of enterprise as a specific sector of national economy of Ukraine. Purpose: ground of the theoretical bases to the improvement of realization of state regulator policy in relation to entrepreneurial activity at a territorial level and development of recommendations on the rise of efficiency of management by development of enterprise. Methods: systems and complex approaches, logical generalization, history and logical, analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis and prognostication. Results: theoretical ground and development of methodical approaches to the rise of efficiency of the regulator influencing of territorial authorities of power on development of entrepreneurial activity. Novelty: essence and meaning of entrepreneurial activity as the difficult social and economic phenomenon in the period of market transformations in a theory is grounded, the features of the state regulating of development of enterprise in Ukraine are definite. It is inculcated in activity of Department of economy of Kharkiv regional state administration. Areas of the use: state administration, regional management, training and retraining of civil servants.
