Yeganov V. Developing the style of the state-managerial activity

Object of research: the process of improving the performance of public administration and local self-government in Ukraine through the state-managerial style development. The purpose: theoretical grounding and methodological approach elaboration to the state-managerial activities style development, criteria and indicators system for assessing the ability of authorities to it's implementation. Methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison and systemic approach. Results: development of state-managerial style has been theoretically grounded. Novelty: evolution stages of scientific views on the managerial style formation has been defined, formation specificity of the of state-managerial activity style in different functional areas has been substantiated. The results have been implemented in the activity of public executive authorities and local governments of Kharkiv oblast, as well as in the academic process of KRI NAPA. Sphere of usage: public administration, scientific researches, training and retraining of public servants and local self-government officials.
