Henyk O. Scientific and Methodological Fundamentals of Economic Activity of Natural Protected Objects in Ukraine

Research object: process of economic activity of the objects (institutions) of the natural reservation fund of Ukraine. Research goal: development of scientific and methodological fundamentals ensuring the economic activity of objects (institutions) of natural reservation fund of Ukraine and forecasting the expenses related with their functioning. Research methods: comparative analysis; economic-statistic analysis; dialectic; graphic; econometric modeling; interpolation and extrapolation; scenarios; expert evaluations. Scientific innovation: for the first time were developed the scientific and methodological fundamentals for modeling of expenses for ensuring the economic activity of institutions of natural reservation fund of Ukraine which determine the levels and directions of modeling, take into account ecological and economic methods and inflation factors; for the first time were developed the econometric models for determination of expenses for ensuring the activity of natural reservation fund of Ukraine of the first three categories of reservation and separate reservation enterprises, based on 10-year research and taking into account the inflation processes; improved the spectrum of ecologic and economic factors which have a substantial impact on the volume of expenses for ensuring the functioning of reservation institutions, by means of proving and widening of their listing; improved the system of evaluation of ecologic and economic value of reservation enterprises by means of consideration of indexes of their herbal and animal uniqueness. Grade of implementation: results of scientific research are used by: State Department of Environmental Protection in Lviv Region for analysis and substantiation for broadening of the network of natural reservation fund of Lviv Region; natural reservations "Medobory" and "Roztochya" and Carpathian National Park for ecologic and economic functioning and substantiation of the volume of expenses for economic activity and implementation of natural protection events. Materials of research are used in curriculum of National University of Forestry of Ukraine in reading the disciplines "Management of Nature Protection Territories" "Reserve Studies" and "Nature Management Economics".
