Essay

Is the technological decisions on restoration of soft roofing coverings and their operational suitability. Is maintenance of durability of roofing coverings with due to application of bitumen-water emulsions, received by technological development of their manufacture and application. The theoretical and methodological basis of researches was made by proceedings of domestic and foreign authors in the field of technology, an estimation and a choice of optimum technological decisions on the structure and repair of soft roofing coverings, and also in the field of building and repair-building manufacture. The gained in work results were included into developed and approved technological regulations "On restoration of operational suitability of soft roofs by bitumen-water emulsions, received on the base of bitumen modification and application of emulsifying agents on the base of secondary raw material resources", was leaded to opportunity its practical realization in organizational- technological decisions by repair of soft roofs coverings. Scientific novelty of received results of works consists in the following: criteria of an optimality and an estimation of technological decisions of reception competitive bitumen-water emulsions are proved; ways of development of technological decisions on restoration of operational suitability of soft roofs are offered; the laws of increasing of technological and operational properties of roofing bitumen-water emulsion laws are received for the account of updating of bitumens and application of emulsifying agents on the basis of a secondary raw materials resources. The results of work have been approved and used: PC "Ukrtelecom" CBRTC by working out and the analysis of the design-budget documentation; PC "Zaporozhstal'stroy-1" at repair of shop SHRTS of PC "Zaporozhstal'"; in educational process in ZSEA by preparation of bachelors and masters on a speciality "Industrial and civil engineering", "City engineering and an economy".
