Nasminchuk I. Prose of Maria Matios: features of individual style.

The thesis is devoted to the problem of clarifying of features of individual artistic style of Maria Matios-epik. The problem-thematic and genre-composition originality of modern authoress prose is traced in its relations with the ideological and artistic processes in Ukrainian literature from the end of the XXth - to beginning of the ХХІth century. It is settled that the elements of psychological realism, existentialism, burlesque, postmodern were, while creating a new artistic unity, which is characterized by the increased emotionality, intensified attention to the internal world of the character, humanist pathos, ironic withdraw are harmoniously united in style of М. Matios. Artistic searchers of M. Matios correspond to the leading tendencies of modern literature process of Ukraine and abroad.
