Thesis deals with supervision of the Prosecutor's office organs as a guarantee to provide citizens' rights and freedoms in the area of administration jurisdiction. Thesis grounds the statement that administrative-jurisdictional proceeding should be attributed to: 1) proceeding on misdemeanors' cases; 2) proceeding to apply administrative-forcible measures; 3) disciplinary proceeding and proceeding connected with financial responsibility; 4) proceeding initiated by the citizens' complaints and administrative-adversary production as a form of complaints; 5) proceeding to realize the supervision of the prosecuting organs.
