The research object: vegetative dysfunctions for teenagers. Research purpose: to promote efficiency of rehabilitation of teenagers with vegetative dysfunctions. Methods: research of neurological state, the stage of sexual development by Tanner's scale, Burdon's test, Spilberger's scale, functional methods: еlectroencefalographic activity (digital complex "DX-Complexes", Kharkov), heart rate variability and blood presser ("DiaCard", Kiev), internal carotid artery in the spectral doppler mode on the ultrasound scanner "Aspen" (Acuson, USA) and complex "Regina-2000" ("DХ-Complexes", Kharkov), programmatic package of STATISTICA 6.0 (StatSoft, the USA). Theoretic and practice results: It is exposed, that in the period of pubescence of vegetative violations an objective index there is dysfunction of cerebral vegetative structures, which from data of EEG shows up the complex of the electro-physiology phenomena as the decline of alpha-rhythm frequency and increase the alpha-rhythm amplitude, violation the zonal alpha-rhythm distributing, strengthening of theta-rhythm power and registration bilateral- synchronization of low-alpha and theta waves. The predominance of central adjusting mechanisms of cardiac rhythm, shown in gain in specific weight very low frequency waves from data of heart rhythm stipulates accentuation personal vegetative state, that stipulates violation the vascular adjusted reactions and forming of pathological stereotypes of cerebral blood circulation Intercommunications between bioelectric activity of cerebrum, heart rate variability, anxiety level and mental capacity, are demonstrate that dysfunction of cerebral vegetative structures and psychological state influence to mental capacity. Novelty: The method of transcerebral pyracetam-electrophoresis, allowing promoting efficiency of pharmacological preparation pyracetam by the facilitation of his penetration over the blood-cerebral hurdle by a medical galvanic current. Efficiency of the use of balneotherary is grounded with the vegetable extracts of rosemary and valerian in treatment of teenagers with vegetative dysfunctions.
