Research subjects: patients with spinal osteochondrosis. The aim of the investigation: to increase effectiveness of peloids therapy in patients with spinal osteochondrosis. Methods:biochemical, immune, morphological, statistical ones with usage of ELISA and ultrasound bone densitometry. Theoretical and practical results: Pelotherapy was substantiated as general immunomodulation method. New approach for peloids use in patients with spinal osteochondrosis was grounded and suggested. Novelty: dynamic of immune markers CD4, CD8, CD16, CD25, CD95 was followed up in volunteers during 6 months after pelotherapy. An influence of peloids on bone tissue remodelation dynamics in patients with osteochondrosis was investigated for the first time, correlation with parameters of stress-limiting system and immunity ones were studied.Implementation: articles, theses, monograph.
