Essay

Object - is an architectural environment of housing estates with different types of low-rise building in under big cities conditions; subject - is the process of ergo-designer improvement of architectural environment of low-rise housing building of the city, it is considered as one of the components of the uniform system of architectural and town planning designing; methods - historical and typological analysis, research of specific structure of the envi-ronment, statistical analysis, estimation of adaptative quality of the environment; novelty- the theoretical and methodological system of architectural and designer organization of planning preparation of construction of low-rise housing building is developed, the peculiarities of the process of architectural environment of low-rise construction, which is considered as complex archi-tectural and designer task according to the object of the research, are analyzed; results - the theoretical and methodological fundamentals of the form-ing of planning preparation of construction of housing estates with low-rise building during the process of architectural and town planning designing are developed; the conception of artistic forming of residential areas of the city, which include low-rise building, is developed; the necessary elements of city design and their systems are developed and implemented into the environ-ment of existing and planning housing estates with low-rise building; the degree of implementation- in the planning offers, in the design engineering; field of application- educational engineering, architectural engineering.
