The thesis is dedicated to the investigation of the structural-semantic organisation of the composite sentences in poetic speech and the examination of their influence on stylistic colouring of these constructions. It shows the evolution of approaches to the study of poetic genre and composite sentence, determines the directions for researching the composite sentence in poetic speech, establishes structural-semantic organisation of different types of composite sentence in a poem. The thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the syntactical means of expression; investigation of the expressive-stylistic resources of different types the composite sentence in the poetic speech.
