Shevchenko L. Clinical-pathogenetic peculiarities, treatment and rehabilitation of young patients on nonalcoholic steatohepatitis together with ischemic heart disease

In the dissertation generalizes information about 120 patients on nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH) combined with ischemic heart disease(IHD) aged from 18 to 45. Established the pathogenetic role of immune (increase of proflammotory IL-1? and TNF? in the blood and moderate increase of antiflammotory IL-4 citokins) and meta-bolic (hyperbilirubinemia, hypoalbuminemia, the increase of thymolum test index, hy-pertranferase, active increase of LF and GGTP, presence of dyslipidemia, increase of atherogenous plasma potential) disfunctions at pathological process aggravation in the liver. There is interrelation of the ET-1 increase, decrease of ending methabolititis NO content, especially NO3 and index of atherogenus. Proved the expediency to use the combined with IHD. Marked the acceleration regeneration of biochemical, immu-nological and clinical tests, which in clinical research has become the permanent remis-sion of the disease. The patients on chomorbid pathology are needed the medical reha-bilitation using the modern crystal phytopreparation.
