Vitvitska V. Ecologic and economic principles of improvement of the landed relations in market conditions (on the example of Autonomous Republic Crimea)

In dissertation it is developed theoretical and methodological principles and methodical approaches in relation to the subsequent improvement of the landed relations at regional level for market conditions. The market of agricultural lands, which will give possibility effective owners on land to concentrate lot lands, comes forward in this process an important constituent that will result in the increase of the productivity of agricultural lands. The market of lands can effectively function only at creation of him the proper infrastructure. And that is why the state must create necessary legal and economic terms for development of market relations in agriculture with the purchase-sale of lot lands, with flowing of process of concentration and development of production on the concordance of economic and ecological interests of every landowner and society on the whole.
