Popil M. The Psychological features of formation of future trained nurses' professional identity.

Psychological essence, structure and types of identity are considered; the psychological determinants of becoming of professional identity for the future trained nurses are exposed; training directed on optimization of professional identity of the future trained nurses is developed and its efficiency is experimentally tested. A professional identity as an integral phenomenon develops in the process of the professional training, it is considered as the mechanism of forming the professional self-consciousness and the result of professional self-determination, personalization and self organization, it is shown in the awareness of its own unity with a profession and representatives of certain profession. It is possible to talk about the formation of professional identity and its laying as a relatively firm personal formation only at enough high level of professional mastering. The important place among psychological determinants of professional identity belongs to the formation of self-image.
