Kozub E. Forming of control system on industrial enterprises operative control

Dissertation work is devoted complex research of processes of forming of mechanisms of operative control in the control system on industrial enterprises. It is certain that for most Ukrainian enterprises control is useful and clear while in more narrow value - as an auxiliary technical function, directed on maintenance of process of creation and making administrative decisions. Achieving this purpose is possible through forming of basic tool of operative control. In the research we were stopped for basic and most essential, in our view, elements of tool of subsystem of operative control, namely: forming of indexes, determination of degree of influencing of arising up rejections on the size of algorithm of "expense is an income". The structure of management an enterprise is optimized on the basis of forming of service of control, which is the functionally selected direction in his work and allows to optimize activity of other economic services from point of analytical positions. Complex approach of forming of underlying structure and composition of service of control which is based on his stage-by-stage introduction is developed, optimum composition of which includes at first: inspector-technologist, inspector-analyst, inspector of the informative systems. Generalized and described the basic stages of introduction of subsystem of operative control, where all necessary volume of works, which must be carried out in the process of realization each from the stages, is represented. Concrete recommendations realization of project of introduction of subsystem of operative control are developed in the control of enterprises system and an economic effect is expected introduction of the checking system on an enterprise
