Kozlov V. Collective political rights and freedoms of citizens of Ukraine: constitutional and legal analysis.

The thesis dedicated to comprehensive research of the collective political rights and freedoms of Ukrainian citizens. Legal nature, place of collective political rights and freedoms, approaches of their understanding in literature are considered in the work. Author made a theoretical colligation and proposed a new solution of scientific task about improvement of constitutionally legal regulation of collective political rights and freedoms as one of major elements of democratic and constitutional state construction in Ukraine. In the work the social essence of specified rights and freedoms was analyzed, author showed up their role in forming of civil society and constitutional state, there were determined constitutionally legal assurance mechanism of collective political rights and freedoms and its components, research of guarantee for realization of these rights and freedoms was conducted. The role of specialized institutions and civil organizations in the mechanism of collective and political rights and freedoms assuring was revealed.
