Lemishko J. Constitutional Legal bases of the Ukrainian citizens participation in mass public actions

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of the citizens right legal regulation in Ukraine on participation in mass public actions of a political orientation. In work it is analysed essence and the legal nature of the citizens right on participation in mass public actions, their role and a place in system of constitutional laws and freedoms of the person and the citizens. Theoretical generalisation is carried out and the new decision of a scientific problem on improvement of constitutional law regulation of the right to participation in mass public actions as one of defining elements of construction in Ukraine a lawful democratic state is offered. Author's definition of a constitutional law mechanism of the organisation and carrying out of mass public actions is offered, its components are investigated, the subject and subject's structure of mass public actions is analysed.
