Essay

Object of research: processes of forming and user market of Ukraine development. Purpose of research: development of theoretical and methodological bases and methodical positions in relation to providing of terms of steady user market development in Ukraine depending on changeability of the market state of affairs. Methods of research: method of theoretical generalization, system structural analysis and synthesis; structurally functional method; method of comparative and statistical analysis. Results: certainly methodological principles of research of consumption as phases of recreation; conception of forming of user market is developed taking into account the tendency of changes of the socio-economic systems in time; found out the conjuncture factors of forming and steady user market development on the basis of analysis of directions transformation of demand and supply at the user market of Ukraine in accordance with new principles of manage; the system of indexes of user market of Ukraine and method of estimation of demand and supply is developed on consumer goods and services; grounded strategic and tactical whole reformations of user market in Ukraine and providing of his steady development. Novelty: First: conception of forming of user market of Ukraine which is based on the necessity of upgrading consumption of population is developed, that allows to rationalize and structures co-operate his constituents; grounded concept "Quality of consumption" as to the category, which represents the objective level of high-quality and price descriptions of consumption, subjective estimation of his state and prospects from point of consumer moods of population which gives possibilities to carry out adjusting of user market in this direction. Improved: concept "User market" as forms of organization of consumption as a system of economic mutual relations between users and salespeople of commodities and services, that based on realization of economic necessities and appears through demand and supply, and allows to define dependence of quality of consumption of population from indexes of variables; mechanisms of influence on the increase of quality of consumption of population which will give positive complex influence on user market development. Got subsequent development: classification of consumption as to the economic category, on the basis of signs of level of consumption, character of his organization, maintenance of necessities, which are satisfied in the process of consumption, degree of consumption market relations; system of indexes of user market development, which allows more objectively to estimate the basic parameters of user market of Ukraine and region development, prospects of development of demand and supply, on him, taking into account the economical state of affairs, state of agents of demand and supply.
