Chunikhina T. The corporation in social reproduction: genesis and mechanism of function

Object of research: becoming and functioning of corporations, and also mechanism of activation of their activity, in modern Ukraine. Purpose of research: development of conception of forming and functioning of corporation as the most essential form of organization of activity of subjects of manage in the conditions of modern economy. Methods of research: principles of dialectics, methods of analysis of the systems and logical generalizations, synergistically approach, methods of economical and statistical analysis. Results: the stages of historical evolution of corporation are well-organized, basic conceptions of corporation are analysis in the context of world experience; the complex analysis of corporation is conducted as to the economic category, certainly system of production relations which arise up as a result of forming and functioning of corporate capital; the legal forms of corporation as subject of manage are investigational, its features are formulated and the value of corporation is exposed on the modern stage; discovered and analysis conformity to the law of development of corporations in the economy of modern Ukraine, contradictions of corporate process are formulated; factors and mechanisms of his activation are investigational; certainly basic tendencies of corporate process in Ukraine in the context of development of the institutional system of company; conception of functioning of modern corporation is developed; certainly role of the state in activation of process of corporative and in activations of activity of corporations as subjects of manage. Novelty: First: modern conception of functioning of corporation is developed in the context of world experience; found out fundamental and specific properties of corporation as an organizational form of enterprise, which gave possibilities to formulate author determination of corporation as an economic category, as system of production relations of subjects of manage in relation to forming and innovative use of resources of production. Improved: theoretical going near classification of organizational forms of corporations on the basis of research of tendencies of corporate process for period in 1991 - 2007, that defined possibilities of activation of activity of corporations in a modern national economy; methodology of research of corporate processes in Ukraine (that is based on the study of corporation as institutional unit which can acquire different legal forms), that allows to activate innovative-investment activity both directly corporate sector and other domestic and oversea investors. Got further development: ground of essence and elements of mechanism of government control of activity of corporation as organizational form of enterprise, and also mechanism of corporate management, in the aspect of activation of innovative-investment processes.
