Ioffe N. Characteristics of anaesthetic and reanimation maintenance of the patients with pulmonary hypertension in case of congenital heart disorder.

The scientific work devoted to the enhancement of diagnosis, elaboration of effective options of anaesthetic and reanimation maintenance of the patients with congenital heart disorder accompanied with pulmonary hypertension, as well as, implementation of measures aimed at the prevention of postoperative complications. On diagnostic stage the test sample with reactive hyperaemia was taken from the patients of the main group and, as compared to the healthy children, the endothelial dysfunction was discovered. On that ground, a course of preoperative preparation of sildenafil specimen was prescribed to the patients of the main group. The relationship between the level of endothelial dysfunction and the size of endothelial dysfunction was observed. The effectiveness of intraoperative conduction of ultrafiltration on pulmonary hypertensive crisis prevention was analysed. A new respiratory support methodology in postoperative period was introduced. The practical guidelines were elaborated and adapted, based on the comprehensive approach of diagnosis and treatment of patients with congenital heart disorder complicated with pulmonary hypertension.
