The PhD dissertation presents results of the study investigating the incidence, influence on hemostasis, diagnostic, clinical and prognostic significance of pathological coagulation inhibitors (neutralizing inhibitors in patients with congenital deficiency of procoagulant, lupus anticoagulant and acquired antibodies to plasma factors in immune coagulopathy) in hematological patients, particularly in patients with hemophilia, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and lymphoid malignancies, as well as certain autoimmune conditions.
