Proskuryakova O. Traditions in Internal Affairs Bodies of Ukraine: sociological analysis

Thesis is devoted to the sociological analysis of traditions' place and role in Internal Affairs Bodies of Ukraine. On the base of theoretical and methodical analysis of tradition as a social and scientific conception and social phenomena it is offered to determine the definition of tradition as a settled group stereotype of social act, which exists in certain social systems for a long period of time and has social and cultural mechanism of handing over from one generation to another. Research of the tradition is fulfilled in the frame of social act theory, functional analysis, neoinstotutional theory, and the theory of paradigmal changes.
